JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1.工程相关本科及以上学历或者同等条件；
Undegradute degree ｏｒ above with major in engineering ｏｒ equivalent discipline.
2.3 年以上相关的工作经验.
Above 3 years’ experience of replated.
3.具备 IATF16949 和 ISO14001 体系相关知识和相关工具；
Knowledge of IATF16949 ａｎｄ ISO14001 system ａｎｄ related tools
4.熟悉 office 办公软件；
Excellent MS office applications.
5.具备英语的读写能力；
English speaking ａｎｄ writing skill required.
6.良好的团队协作精神
Good team management experience

GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.管理现场的制造过程, 组织与实施产品过程、工序质量、模具与设备的技术保障和改进措施、 加工流程的编制与改进、FEMA的编写与实施、作业指导书的编写与实施、及产品性能指标的 控制。
To organize ａｎｄ improve the production process 、process quality； Tooling ； technology support ａｎｄ improvement action for all equipment, preparation of FEMA, operation instruction, products quality standard.
2.根据新产品开发计划，制定与执行设备、模具、工装的维护与开发计划，设计、制造完成后 在新产品制造前要对工装、模具调试，确保实际加工时能正常及时地投入使用。
To compile the maintenance ａｎｄ development plan of equipments, dies ａｎｄ fixtures. Do the preproduction adjustment of the fixtures ａｎｄ dies, to make sure all the equipment can be put into service timely.
3.产品实际加工过程中，对工序及操作规范的控制，现场作业人员的监督，协助作业人员进行夹具的更换、解决生产过程中发生的问题，确保规范化。
To control the production process ａｎｄ operation regulation, to assist operator change the tooling ａｎｄ solve problem during the production.
4.协调生产部门与质量部门，确保产品质量提高。
To cooperate with production dept. ａｎｄ engineering dept. To make sure the quality improvement.
5.持续改进制造工艺，不断提高生产效率。
To improve the production process, continuously improve the production efficiency.
6.工装、夹具、刀具的设计与制造，与相关外协控制。
To be responsible for the design ａｎｄ manufacture of fixture ａｎｄ tooling.
7.负责新员工的岗位培训，日常岗位培训。
To be responsible for the new employee’s post training ａｎｄ normal post training.
8.与国外技术团队一起进行新工艺、新技术的开发及验证，满足客户的要求
Work with global team to meet customer requirements.
9.负责完成上级交办的其他事务。
Fulfill other business required by Superior.
