Major activities ａｎｄ accountabilities主要活动及职责
1. HSEQ 健康安全环境质量
• Abide National, corporate ａｎｄ Zhangjiagang plant’s rules ａｎｄ regulations strictly.严格遵守国家，集团和张家港工厂的各种规章制度。
• Be involved into systems establishing ａｎｄ implementation such as company system, SS ａｎｄ etc.参与公司体系、安全标准化等体系建立和执行。
• Be responsible for the safety of own position ａｎｄ supervise HSEQ performance of subordinates if any. 对自己的安全负责和指导下属的HSEQ行为以满足岗位需求（如有下属的话）。
• Ensure environment Sustainable Development by conducting wastes segregation ａｎｄ pollution reduction etc.开展废弃物收集和分类，减少污染物的排放等保证环境的可持续发展。
• Have the consciousness of energy saving ａｎｄ ensure the rational use of energy. 具有节能意识，合理使用能源。
• Any other tasks related HSEQ issues assigned by top management. 其他上级安排的HSEQ方面的安排。
2. Daily Jobs 日常工作
• Monitoring all plant E&amp；I equipments ａｎｄ ensuring their safe/proper function in view of the targets for reliability ａｎｄ safety； Support E&amp；I supervisor for daily E&amp；I equipment management including quickly responding to trouble shooting, etc.；监管工厂所有的电仪设备以确保安全、稳定的运行以期达到安全与可靠性的目标,支持维修主管的日常电仪设备维修管理包括故障的快速响应等。
• Analyzing E&amp；I problems ａｎｄ providing technical input/solutions accordingly, Apply RCFA/FMEA ａｎｄ related reliability tools to conduct analysis ａｎｄ improve the E&amp；I equipment continuously；分析电仪设备相关故障并提供相应技术支持与解决方案,运用RCFA/FMEA等可靠性工具进行分析改进以持续提高电仪设备的可靠性。
• Deliver preventive ａｎｄ predictive Maintenance plans with detailed job execution plans to reduce the downtime as much as possible； Ensuring all registered instruments, are properly calibrated/documented per regulation ａｎｄ Corporate requirements； 预防性/预知性维修计划的制定以及详细的工作执行计划以减少故障停车时间； 按相关法律、法规及公司要求确保所有外校的仪表的校验与存档。
• Lead spare parts management of E&amp；I equipment, issue PR, ensure QC, audit spare parts inventory periodically； 领导电仪相关的备品备件的管理，包括申购，质量控制，库存设置等。
• Contributes to the interpretation ａｎｄ setting /updating of E&amp；I maintenance Procedures/standards ａｎｄ to ensure best practices ａｎｄ SHE requirement； 维修程序、标准的制定及定期更新以满足最佳维修实践与安全工作的要求。
• Ensure that the E&amp；I maintenance operations ａｎｄ activities carried out are in accordance with company policy, relevant statutory provisions , return of experience ａｎｄ best practices； 确保电仪维修活动的开展符合公司的政策、相关的法律法规,经验反馈以及最佳实践的要求。
• Follow AIMS management requirement ａｎｄ organize the VIS/SP/PMP review ａｎｄ updated periodically 根据AIMS要求，定期组织相关团队对电仪的VIS/SP/PM进行回顾和在SAP系统里更新。
• Involve/Lead MOC project, Participate investment project E&amp；I part for early equipment management to ensure future reliability&amp； maintainability；领导/参与MOC项目,参与投资项目的电仪部分的早期管理以保证日后的可靠性与可维修性。
• DCS，SIS ａｎｄ SPLC system management such as PID adjustment ａｎｄ interlock test, etc.
DCS, SIS及SPLC系统管理包括但不限于PID调节及连锁测试等。
• Hands on training to the E&amp；I maintenance technicians to strengthen the team competency: 电仪维修工的现场技能培训以提高团队的整体能力。
• online monitoring instruments ａｎｄ alarm monitoring optimization management 在线仪表及报警优化管理。

Requirements 要求：
1. Knowledge:
• University degree ｏｒ equivalent in instrument ｏｒ automation 仪表或自动化专业 本科学历
• Well know international brand like Emerson, Honeywell DCS system 熟悉艾默生，霍尼韦尔DCS系统
2. Skills:
• Basic English skills for better understanding technical document. 基本的英语读写能力以充分理解相关的英文资料。
• Excellent communication ａｎｄ reporting ability 良好的沟通及报表能力
• To be a helpful to have engineering experience工程相关经验
• Has related digital project experience 有数字化项目的样关的经验。
2. Experience:
• 8 years ｏｒ above working experiences in Chemical plant 8年以上化工厂相关工作经验
• Experienced in automation field 有丰富的自动化经验。
4. Abilities:
• Good at organization ａｎｄ planning, Problem solving. 良好的组织计划与问题解决能力
• Good at: communication ａｎｄ teamwork, ａｎｄ proactive working attitude. 良好的沟通能力，团队合作精神以及积极的工作态度
• Solid experience on maintenance of equipment regarding E&amp；I ａｎｄ automation； 扎实的电仪设备/自动化维修经验
