职位要求：

Position Purpose:
Establish, implement and perfect EHS management system of Mahr China, ensure EHS policies and practices in compliance within compliance with the regulations of country, local government and the company. Achieve Injury Incident Free workplace by continuously reducing the injury and occupational disease.

工作责任：

Core Activities:
l Establish and maintain Mahr China EHS management system which is in compliance with country, local regulations and the company EHS guideline;

l Establish and implement EHS Goal, Objectives and work plan;

l Lead the development of a new EHS culture with the objective of zero injuries and zero environmental non-compliances;

l Prepare and manage EHS financial and personnel budget , and let it in control;

l Monitor, track the status and results of all the EHS improvement and corrective actions;

l Provide support to the relevant department with professional EHS knowledge, participate in project assessment;

l Maintain updated knowledge of latest practice and technological developments in EHS industry;

l Device, establish and maintain EHS training system to ensure all staffs and visitors to be trained with proper EHS awareness and EHS specialty;

l Be responsible for the management of plant building and public facilities.

l Complete other works assigned by supervisor.

Required Education and Experience:

l Bachelor degree or above, major in Environmental Science；

l At least 8-year EHS working experiences;

l Excellent EHS Line and or Functional Management experience;

l Strong project management skill;

l Excellent communication, coaching, influencing and leadership skills;

l Excellent written and spoken English, PC skills.
