Accountabilities:
• To develop new business in assigned geographical area and/or market segment;
• To offer price and conduct sales negotiation through analysis of business structure in terms of revenue and cost;
• To establish long-term strategic partnership with clients, account management, bid management and contract negotiation;
• To work together with Customer Service, Operation and Project team to ensure service excellence;
• To share valuable market information within the team and the network for management strategic decision making;
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree, major in logistic/Sales Marketing related preferred;
• 3-year relevant working experience;
• Familiar with local business environment and business development trends, good sense of the industry development trend and requirements;
• Familiar with international forwarding environment preferred;
• Ability to find and develop new business and to write out logistics solution proposal;
• Self-motivated, proactive working attitude, leading, optimistic personality and capable to work in team
• Good command of English, excellent presentation skill, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good PC skills, e.g. Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
