职位描述及要求:
  • Responsibilities:
    1.Timely customer order handling including order entry, following up payment, obtaining credit release, updating delivery status and preparing documents required
    2.Timely customer issue handling including customer return, customer inquiry, customer complaint, customer screening
    3.Filing, document and reporting all shipment related information
    4.Build friendly and strong relationship with customers, sales teams, customer service teams and plants to set up a thorough information channel mutually
    5.To analyse order data and provide report accordingly
    6.Inland transportation handling
    7.Continuous customer service process improvement initiatives on making customer doing business easier
    7.Other assignment by supervisor

    Requirements:
    1.Bachelor's degreee
    2.Three years related work experience
    3.Strong communication skills and quick learner
    4.Proficient in spoken and Written English
    5.Proficient with common computer skills
