1. Reception service, such as business call receiving and transferring, visitor greeting and recording, mail & fax receiving and delivery, and etc.
2. rovide support and service for cooperate and other brother company colleagues for their visit and stay in China, such as hotel reservation, food ordering, airport pick up and daily transportation arrangement.
3. Coordinate the employees’ travel affairs, such as hotel & tickets booking, transportation arrangement.
4. Responsible for company general administration support, such as Drinking water, Housekeeping, Security guard, Green plant, Shuttle bus, Company car, Stationery and Business cards printing management.
5. To control admin expense, provide monthly expense report to supervisor, as a benchmark for annual budgeting control and plan.
6. Work Attendance System daily maintenance, including daily data collection, daily exception report, etc.
7. Provide assistance in employee staffing activities, such as candidate interview arrangement and follow up, candidate interview form collection, and etc
8. Organize and coordinate the employee event, such as Annual dinner, Monthly birthday party, Team building activity, and etc.
9. Other work assigned by the Supervisor.
1. Diploma degree with majoring in English or Secretary
2. Have basic concept in HR/Admin field will be preferred
3. Good English both in oral and writing
4. Good teamwork spirit.
