Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanics, or related is preferred.
Experience and Background:
5 years of sales experience with organizations engaged in the sale, marketing, and distribution of industrial products. Working experience in Wind power industry is preferred.
Skills & Abilities:
1.Solid knowledge and experience in Sales and Marketing in an industrial products environment.
2.Proven ability to turn leads into actual sales.
3.Working knowledge of computer and business productivity software such as MS Word and Excel.
4.Ability to work effectively with customers, peers, and senior-level leaders.
5.Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
6.Ability to work independently, prioritizing and completing multiple work assignments with minimal direction.
7.Capable of working under high levels of stress while maintaining a high level of productivity.
8.Able to safely drive own or company vehicles to perform assigned duties.
9.Able to travel approximately 50% of the time using both personal and public conveyances.
1.Responsible for the coverage and penetration of larger accounts and the implementation of significant sales/promotional programs.
2.Provides assistance with sales, technical, and/or application training as it applies to specific customers or industry expertise.
3.Provides coverage for larger accounts and/or distributors requiring increased individual sales attention.
4.Leads penetration efforts directed toward new business target accounts and/or industry segments. Identifies new business opportunities and tracks sales progress toward objectives.
5.Assists Sales & Marketing Managers with the development of industry-specific sales, marketing and business plans, forecasts and promotional programs.
6.Compiles and submits accurate sales reports on a timely basis.
7.Works with minimum guidance and direction form Sales & Marketing Manager, proactively performing assigned duties in accordance with company performance standards.
8.Maintains full compliance with Company policies/procedures and conducts all activities in accordance with the Alcoa Guide to Business Conduct and with applicable safety and environmental standards.
9.In charge of the sales and market in north China.
10.Performs other duties as assigned.
