职位描述及要求:
  • Responsibilities:
    - Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets (plus point)
    - Responsible for tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
    - Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all commitments made relative to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.
    - Reviews program proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
    - Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program, and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.
    - Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities (with P&L, optional) and customer satisfaction and have responsibility for accounts of various complexities.
    - Lead the project with cross functional team of engineers through various product life cycle phases
    - Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.
    - Responsible for customer satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.
    - Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.
    - Support production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through leadership and expertise.
    - Participates with functional managers in establishing strategic organizational plans and objectives.



    Requirements:
    - Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent (5-8 years) work experience in Project Management or Program Management
    - Good knowledge at IATF16949 , VDA6.3/VDA6.5.
    - Good at FMEA, MAS, SPC, PPAP.
    - Must have excellent communication (verbal & written), presentation, interpersonal, and customer service skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure
    - Be passionate, results-oriented and can drive results in a changing environment
    - Must understand program financials and technical engineering terminology
    - Proficient with MS-Office (Word, Excel, Project & PowerPoint) needed
    - PMP certification
    - Effective interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management in a diverse organization to ensure outcomes and deliverables are met
    - Ability to work with and influence senior management teams and align with goals
    - Experience in modeling business cases and analyzing the impact of resource allocation on business outcomes
    - Credible experience in managing project scope, cost, benefits realization and stakeholder communications; as well as risks, issues, and dependencies
    - Ability to identify potential solutions to project challenges and proactively negotiate resolution with multiple stakeholders, while remaining objective and driving the best outcomes for the business
    - Working knowledge of process design for quality and efficiency (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) would be a strong addition
    - Ability to develop and implement profitability improvement projects across decentralized organization
    - Ability to facilitate large and small group working sessions across all levels of the organization
    - Strong analytics and problem-solving capabilities
    - A decisive individual who possesses a "big picture" perspective and is well versed in systems
