职位描述及要求：
- 岗位职责:
1. Setting-up lab and pilot equipment, build models and prototypes
2. Analyze more complex product specifications, parts drawings, and other engineering data to develop new pilot production processes, estimate time and cost for each step;
3. Lead complex or controversial pilot engineering projects and develop innovative approaches to production problems; ensure that schedules, costs and tesa’s standards of quality are met;
4. Calculating and analyzing test results and preparing detailed reports with recommendations and conclusions for improvement;
5. Prepare complex calculations, specifications, and other technical documentation so that prototype designs can be manufactured and assembled;
任职资格:
1. Master degree in Material Science, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, or other relevant fields with more than 3 years or bachelor degree with over 5 years job experience are preferred;
2. Job experience in related industries such as UV syrup and UV OCA polymerization, coating and curing process, UV curable adhesive tape process or other relevant materials science background are preferred；
3. Independent and very good hands-on attitude;
4. Good analytical skill to question validity of test results;
5. Good command of writing and speaking English & Chinese;
