职位描述及要求：
- 岗位职责:
- Build up knowledge about high voltage batteries and related adhesive, glue and adhesive tape applications for battery electric vehicles -BEV – for tesa in China；
- Join relevant conferences and get in contact with speakers and participants to get access to the development departments of our (future) clients；
- Represent tesa as speaker in industry & science conferences and meetings；
- Get in contact with relevant industry associations and participate in related standardization committees；
- Support tesa's business development by foreseeing industry trends in BEVs and provide technical requirement profiles for new product developments ；
任职资格:
-Work experience: background in Li ion Battery or module development preferred,
-Educational Background: Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics preferred, Mechanical Engineering might be ok, potentially Material Science;
