Labyrinth Biotech(苏州莱博睿思生物科技公司) is seeking a professional and passionate individual to build up our Suzhou laboratory from early stages and to facilitate our product development. The position will engage in the laboratory setup and be responsible for constructing standardized solutions for rare cell enrichment that demands accuracy and consistency to be utilized in health and pharmaceutical industries. The candidate will bring strong expertise in bridging lab developed technologies and protocols to commercial level CTC (Circulating Tumor Cells) tests. He/she will conduct research and experiments to optimize the workflow of CTC isolation and analysis tailored to specific applications. The ideal applicant will have biological and/or engineering backgrounds and experiences working in laboratories. The level of the role will be determined commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Key responsibilities
• Assist in the construction and logistics of Labyrinth Biotech’s new laboratory in Suzhou BioBAY
• Develop standardized protocols for CTC isolation and analysis
• Process and analyze blood samples from healthy donors and patients
• Develop quality control protocols for company products
• Develop downstream applications and protocols
• Maintain biological samples (e.g. cell culture)
• Train technicians for daily laboratory operations
Qualifications
• Master or Bachelor with equivalent experience in a related field
• Experienced in biological laboratory works, e.g. cell culture, microscopy, PCR (RTPCR, qPCR, dPCR), flowcytometry, gene sequencing
• Fluent in English preferred
