职位描述及要求:
  • Customer Support
    Responsible for: Customer satisfaction and result contribution through pro-active
    market development spare parts, technical products and services
    In charge of: Identification and assess of customers’ needs to achieve customer
    satisfaction and result
    Pro-active market approach, based on installed basis to promote
    spare parts, technical products and services
    Build sustainable customer relationships of trust through open
    and interactive communication
    Provide clients with accurate, valid and complete information
    Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the
    customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem;
    selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem;
    expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure
    resolution
    Attracting potential customers by answering product and service
    questions; suggesting information about other available products
    and services
    Recommending potential new / additional products or services to
    management by collecting customer information and analyzing
    customer needs
    Complaint management, provide appropriate solutions and
    alternatives within the time and- or budget limits and follow up to
    ensure resolution
    Preparing product or service reports by collecting and analyzing
    customer information
    Logistic &warehouse management
    Strong team work with Sales on key customers
    Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
    Checking and contailing customer invoices / AR
    English fluently
