- Make regular basis meeting and discussion with potential customers and take initiative to make and agree to business direction together

- Take leadership to keep the established business/project on right direction and track in meeting customer specification and requirement

- Be Stand window and face to customers in developing the items and products in leading the engineering team
作为斯丹德的窗口面对客户，带领工程团队开发项目和产品。
- Be watch dog to keep the development timing on right track
跟踪和监控产品开发的时间
- Take initiative of Cost Estimate and financial analysis, and propose the best price scenario to Management
成本估算和财务分析，向管理层汇报优秀的价格方案。
- Price negotiation & finalize it with customers, and also financial analysis for them

学历要求、工作经验要求
- 5+ years’ working experience in sales field
销售领域5年以上工作经验
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
对客户和市场需求有很强的认知
- Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
愿意全球出差
- Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
对整个销售团队有领导和推动力
