1.Manage existing ** coating additive business in East &North China; achieve agreed sales volume, and realize profitable growth.
2.Provide market intelligence and monitor market/technical trends/innovations, work with technical service/R&D team to capture opportunities;
3.Focus on new market/application/customers/sales channel development.
4.Manage key Account and regional channels, and initiate/follow up projects/sample requests;
5.Work closely with GBM to follow up global market strategies, and communicate with global R&D/ TS team in professional ways to support local key accounts;
1.To update the market information of the covered area and worked with business director to define the new target market/customers/applications.
2.Develop sales and marketing proposals to trace customers’ needs on consumption analysis, work with T&S team for product/ service performance, technical service’s needs. Make regular sales calls / visits to develop professional relationship and follow up on needs with the aim to close deals and finalize contracts.
3.Participate in sales forecasting and planning to define and improve sales performance. Regularly provide reports and final plans to supervisor regarding customer profiles, business opportunities, market research, sales data, analyses on product consumption/ performance, logistics services, problem areas and solutions etc., as base information to review sales / marketing / pricing plans
CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT
1.Visit customer and support distributors to help the promotion and business development;
2.To contact with business director for new products promotion, test and applications;
3.To cooperate with business director for MNCs to give technical support and new projects discussion to support business development.
1Utilize sales force tool to record daily activities/sample requests/ opportunities update, and build up key account profiles;
2Provide accurate sales forecast and work with supply chain team to ensure supply safety for key accounts;
3Organize / participant market events for product promotions with BU T&S team or cooperate macro communication team;
4Responsible for Account receivable, manage overall payment term in line with BU requirement.
5Work with related industrial squad team to achieve synergy growth in coating/sealants and ink industries.
6Work with global key account managers to secure/increase current business shares in GKAs.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1.Major in chemistry, bachelor degree.
2.More than 5 year’s relevant working experience in coatings, sealants market
3.Diligent ,highly responsible and self-motivated
4.Good team member with ability to communicate effectively
5.Reasonable good in reading, speaking and writing English,
6.Familiar with Micro soft (Excel, Word, etc.)
