RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Customer / account development and sales process management including development of a clear account plan how to grow, maintain and defend sales / market share.
2.Pricing management including competitors’ activities monitoring and report market pricing for ** overall price setting strategy.
3.Support new product introduction. Work in collaboration and support BD in the new product launch / introduction to selected or target customers.
4.Demand forecast and overdue collection. To ensure BL constantly improve service level to customers by avoiding stock out and no bad debt.
5.Assist with the development of internal communications and work collaboratively with colleagues to build strong external customer relationships and meet customer needs.
6.Identify potential customers by obtaining information, referrals, and recommendations from existing customers and other contacts and/or through participation in trade shows and conferences.
REQUIREMENTS:
1.University (First degree), major in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering.
2.3-5 years working experience and be familiar with personal care industry.
3.Be familiar with related specially chemicals including emulsifiers, emollients, surfactants, preservatives and actives.
4.Be sensitive with new products and market trends.
5.Be familiar with customers and know how to manage.
6.Initiative and self-motivated, able to work independently and hungry for business to explore potential business opportunity.
7.Good teamwork spirit and able to collaborate with different department.
8.Good sense of responsibility and willing to take challenge.
9.Excellent interpersonal abilities and a strong drive for result.
10.Fluent English, in both writing and speaking.
