1 Plan and organize the GLSS and quality tools training for the employees by planned interval in plant.
2 Identify potential improvement opportunities according to the plant OKM result, lead and drive the implementation of the GLSS projects so that to improve the plant OKM.
3 Prepare the monthly report by summarizing the GLSS projects update and monthly saving result, then organize the monthly GLSS meeting to review with team to drive the improvement.
4 Lead the team to perform the key LEAN and BB projects to improve the urgent and painful issues.
5 Work with MBB to define the annual GLSS implementation and saving plan.
6 Take responsibility to control the plant COPQ data, investigate and take actions for the issues being impact the COPQ. Plan and implement the GLSS projects to improve COPQ.
7 Promote the improvement culture in plant. Involve all employees to join in the improvement activities.
8 Organize the monthly JDI projects review and encouragement, and annual Lean and 6 sigma projects review
9 Cooperate with customers on continuing improvement, such as Lean Six Sigma projects and LSS tool trainings.
10 Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
EDUCATION:
REQUIRED Bachelor degree or above
PREFERRED: Major in Telecommunication
WORK EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED:
At least 8 years working experience in quality or continuous improvement related function; 3 years full time experiences on Lean&6 sigma improvement field;
PREFERRED: Quality engineering experience

-Strong organizational skill to anticipate, plan, organize and lead the team
-Good interpersonal skills for effective leadership, team facilitation and communication skill
-Excellent communication skills both in Chinese & English
-Proficiency in Minitab, Microsoft Office, SAP
-Expert on the 6 sigma, lean tools; Familiar with the quality tools.
-6 sigma black belt qualified
