  • Responsibilities
    1. Contract review and sales fulfillment for company Specialty Products in Asia;
    2. Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information, summarize required reports and submit timely;
    3. Monitor customer credit limit and support sales team to collect ARs;
    4. Maintain and update master data in SAP; Maintain customer records by updating account information, and open customer accounts by recording account information;
    5. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution;
    6. Handle with customer returns/sample request in a proper way;
    7. Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments;
    8. Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs;
    9. Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services;
    10. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
    Bachelor’s degree in business administrator or equivalent;
    2+ years experiences in CSR job role in MNCs, preference will be given to those candidates who work in chemical company and/or SAP related experience
    Familiar with cross-cultural environment;
    Carefulness and diligence;
    Good logical and analytical capability;
    Good ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staffs, as well as outside clients and vendors;
    Good planning and time management skills;
    Fluent spoken and written English;
    Familiar with Internet, Outlook, MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
    Open minded and good team player
    Professional attitude and behavior, high level ethical standard;
    Willing to learn, independent, self-motivated, result-driven person
