职位描述及要求：
- Responsible for lead the new equipment and automation project, to meet the cost benefit and capacity requirement for each KPI
负责领导新设备和自动化的项目，以达成各关键指标。
Work together with franchise party to transfer equipment to Suzhou site
与集团其它工厂对应团队一起协作，完成设备的转移项目
Source and design new process or equipment locally, to meet the transfer project requirement.
新设备的本地化采购与设计，以满足转移项目的需要
As a part of continuous improvement team, come up with engineering proposals and design and get them implemented to improve OEE level of problematic processes
作为持续改进团队的成员，提出工程解决设计方案并予以实施，以改善问题制程的OEE水平
Responsible for lead the productivity project , to meet the cost benefit requirement for each KPI
负责领导生产力的项目，以达成各关键指标费用节省的好处。
Communicate with oversea machine suppliers and domestic suppliers to ensure what they can deliver can 100% meet SN’s URS and deliver robust processes to Suzhou factory as well
保持和国内外的设备供应商的交流和沟通，确保他们的设备100%符合公司URS上的各项要求，为苏州工厂提供稳定可靠的生产制程
Lead the IQ/OQF validation process, to ensure the equipment full meet SN’s validation requirement.
领导设备的IQ/OQF验证，确保设备完全满足公司的验证要求
