职位描述及要求：

主要工作职责（主要工作成就，期望此职位达到的目标）
？ Kaizen: Prepare, facilitate and follow up on kaizen activities. Drive stepwise improvements in safety, quality, cost and delivery through kaizen events while harnessing the power of daily kaizen.
改善活动：准备，引导和跟踪改善活动。通过定期的改善活动和日常改善的力量，驱动在安全，质量，成本和交付方面的持续改善。
？ Manufacturing Processes: Help the site in the implementation of the appropriate lean methodologies, e.g. VSM, standard work, pull systems, SMED, TPM, cellular manufacturing, 3P etc. to maximize productivity, capacity and throughput while minimizing lead time and WIP..
生产制造流程：帮助工厂正确使用合适的精益理念，比如，价值流程图，标准作业，拉动系统，快速换型，全员自主维护，单元制造，生产准备流程等，来***化我们的生产力，产能并且减少和降低我们的
交付周期和库存。
？ Transactional Processes: Assist the site in the implementation of the appropriate lean tools, e.g. VSM, Transactional Process Improvement, variance reduction, etc. to maximize productivity and minimize lead time in the front and back office areas.
转变流程：帮助工厂正确使用恰当的精益工具，比如价值流程图，转变过程的优化，减少偏差来***化我们的生产力和降低生产和辅助部门的交付周期。
？ Vision/Strategy: Assist in the definition and development of the site operational strategy. Assist in the development of the site operational excellence plan in support of the overall strategy.
可视化/战略：协助定义和制定现场运营策略。协助工厂卓越运营的持续发展来支持整体战略。
？ Problem Solving: Help train and coach different teams within the site to utilizes the proper problem solving methodology following the PDCA cycle. Application of problem solving spans ｆｒｏｍ the 5 whys to Six Sigma Black Belt initiatives.
问题解决：帮助培训和指导工厂内不同的团队使其能够按照PDCA循环使用适当的问题解决方法。
？ Culture: Work with the OpEx Leader to established a proper governance and roadmap to accelerate the transformation of the operations leveraging the implementation of the Smith & Nephew operating system including tier meetings, business control centers, standardized metrics, etc.
文化：和卓越运营总监以及卓越运营领导人一起建立合适的管理和发展路线的实现（包括层会议、业务控制中心、标准化的度量标准等）来加速业务转换。
？ Process-Orientation: Identify and implement best in class lean processes and business intelligence to further enhance the pursuit of excellence.
流程导向：帮助实现精益流程和商业智能的结合，进一步提高对卓越的追求。
