Duties& Responsibilities:
1.Be proactive partner to steward and advance MBM culture, especially “role of supervisor” development.

2.Provide HR solution to business supervisors regarding job-related problems, policies, procedures and disciplinary actions. 就业务相关的问题,政策,流程和纪律问题向业务主管提供人力资源解决方案。
3.Respond to employee inquiries and advise business supervisors of appropriate solutions of employee relation issues, handle investigation for employee relation issues independently.回应员工询问,并向业务主管建议有关员工关系问题的适当解决方案,并独立处理员工关系问题的调查。
4.Develop collaborative relationships with the other members of the HR Solutions/HR Leveraged Capability, communicating as necessary on related matters.与人力资源解决方案/人力资源专家团队的其他成员建立合作关系,必要时就相关事宜进行沟通。

Function Demands:
1.Bachelor or above,majored in Human resource management or Management本科或以上学历,人力资源管理或管理类相关专业.
2.Strong English skill in oral and written.较强的英文口头和书面表达能力.
3.Strong communication and interpersonal skills较强的沟通技巧和人际交往能力.
4.Good collaboration and influencing skills良好的协作能力和影响力.
5.Good coaching skill良好的教练能力.
6.At least 8 years‘ experience in Human Resource with at least 5 years in MNC, preferable in Business HR function至少8年以上工作经验,5年以上制造业HR经验。
7.Experience interacting with all levels of management/staff and across organizational lines具有与各级管理层/员工以及跨部门沟通的经验.
