职位信息 / JOB DESCIPTION
1. Responsible for process establishment and software development of bioinformatics analysis based on high throughput sequencing technology, including the whole genome, exons, transcriptome and other biological information analysis workflow and software development, project design;
2.with the design and development of a reasonable project plan, to undertake data interpretation and analysis work, to interpret and analyze the data after the information analysis/experimental detection, and to give the Standard Interpretation Report;
3.to consult the relevant English literature, to understand the research trends in the field of bioinformatics and the development trends of domestic and foreign counterparts, introduction of Advanced Analytical Tools and methods;
4. Help to solve customer feedback/consultation problems;
5. Complete other related work arranged by company and supervisor.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above with background in bioinformatics, biology, computer science or mathematics;
2. Experience in bioinformatics analysis or scientific research of tumor genome or single cell sequencing is preferred. Be Familiar with data analysis of genome-wide, exon, transcriptome and other technical products, and be able to use related analysis software to complete project tasks quickly, familiar with Linux operating system, basic knowledge of mathematical statistics and r/matlab statistical tools, familiar with data mining algorithm development experience is preferred.
3.familiar with the application of biological information database website, such as UCSC, Ncbi, ensemble, etc.
4.have good communication, coordination, independent learning and independent thinking ability, pragmatic, able to work under pressure.

In 2017, we participated in the formulation of QCS (quality control specification) for all PGT-A products. In 2018, we obtained the qualification of GMP workshop production. Finally, in Feb. 21 2020, our PGT-A kit won the CFDA approval, signifying the beginning of a new era in which China’s IVF technology is licensed and regulated under CFDA.
Our goal is to help more and more infertile spouses have their own babies. In doing so, we hope to contritute to the reproductive health and well-bing of all mankind. hence, we will indefatigably march towards our BaseCare Vision.
