2. Responsible for the company's R&D and production operation plan, establish a GMP production line, ensure that the production tasks are completed on time, deal with the problems encountered in the production process, and organize the deployment of various resources;
3. Supervise quality issues, process flow, equipment assembly quality, etc., and participate in cost control;
4. Implement departmental management, participate in the formulation and implementation of rules and regulations.
